ABOUT DEBBIE

As a natural change agent, Deborah sees opportunity in challenges or hurdles created by people and businesses. In an effort to support others and to be part of the solution, she founded Quest Executive Services in 2016. At Quest, Deborah connects people to resources and guides them through a process to navigate positive change.

In 2017, Deborah left the energy industry where her primary focus was leading teams, projects, process development and finance to focus on her passion for people and teams. She has industry experience and formal training in leadership, project and change management, team and organizational development, conflict resolution, executive and group coaching and facilitation.

Deborah’s passion is PEOPLE and personal growth to help others to resolve conflict, increase productivity, and transition change preserving the integrity of all involved. As an ICF Coach, GiANT Consultant and TTS Guide, she works on large projects with industry professionals who have diverse backgrounds and are committed to supporting clients.
